An online seminar for fighters of the «Zhasyl El» labor squad

On May 22, 2020, a training seminar was held for the labor collectives of the «Zhasyl El» units, which will work in the upcoming summer season.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Education, Social Work and Youth Policy of the University Kazina Bekbenbetova, who presented the procedure for temporary employment of students and requirements for soldiers for the coming season, opened the event.

The director of the Youth Policy Development Fund of Almaty, Alma Auganbayeva, spoke in detail about the project of the republican working group «Zhasyl El» and shared the scope of work to be completed in the summer season and plans for the future.

In turn, the chief accountant of this fund, Irina Chubukova, explained the procedure for remunerating soldiers, noting the necessary regulatory documents for temporary draftees.

Askhat Bektasov, an engineer at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of our university, gave a number of instructions to soldiers on observing safety rules and called for their provision during the season.

Summing up, Dildabek Didarbek, chairman of the youth affairs committee, moderator of the event, noted that the recruitment of soldiers to «Zhasyl El» is carried out on an annual basis and takes into account the student`s social status and abilities. During the online training, students asked the organizers questions about the work of the team and shared their thoughts on the effective organization of work.
