Final attestation in distance learning conditions

 

On June 22, 2020, the Institute of pedagogy and psychology, the Department of preschool education and social pedagogy successfully completed and successfully defended their dissertations and theses in online distance format in the specialties «6M010100-preschool education and upbringing», «5B012300-Social pedagogy and self-knowledge» and «5B010100-preschool education and upbringing».


The Commission included the Dean of the faculty of pedagogy and psychology of KazNWTTU, Saira Zhienbayeva, Docent of al-Farabi KazNU, Ulmeken Tuleshova, and head of kindergarten №144 «Bobekzhay», Raushan Akhmetova. The online defense was conducted on the convenient GOOGLE MEET platform for undergraduates and students.


In this format, undergraduates and students defended their dissertations and diploma theses, which passed preliminary examination (plagiarism), answered the questions asked by the members of the commission, demonstrated high responsibility and research qualities. The students were evaluated in online format (online protocol), videos of the defense were saved and timely sent for inspection (link to access) to an independent structural division of Abai KazNPU - «Parasat Center».


In May this year, 4th year students and undergraduate students passed preliminary defense within two weeks. In addition, scientific supervisors and technical secretaries have done a lot of preparatory work with students to prevent technical errors and shortcomings during the upcoming defense.


As a result, the Department of preschool education and social pedagogy held an online defense. This indicates that the students and teaching staff of the University have successfully adapted to full distance education, are fully armed and have accumulated experience.
