Professional development of managers of preschool institutions: the experience of early child development

September 30, 2020, the Department of "Psycho-pedagogical maintenance of educational process" of Branch of JSC "National Centre of Professional Development " Orleu " of the Republican Institute of Professional Development for Management and Scientific and Pedagogical Workers of the Education System of the Republic of Kazakhstan. was conducted on-line workshop on the topic: "Professional development of heads of preschool organizations: experience in organizing early development of children".

The purpose of the event was to create conditions for professional dialogue between teachers (scientists and practitioners), exchange experience in implementing innovations for the development of young children.

The Deputy Director for Innovation Education of Branch of JSC "NCPD "Orleu" RIPDMSPWES of RK N.O. Koylyk made a welcome speech.

The moderators of the workshop were Makhanbetova A.A., head of the department, and Biomarova G.A., head of the laboratory of post-course training and introduction of innovations of the same department.

Presentations were made by A. A. Mahanbetova, head of the Department of "Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process" of the RIPDMSPWES, S. N. Zhienbayeva, Professor of KazNWTTU, U.K. Kyakbayeva, head of the Department of preschool education and social pedagogy of Abai KazNPU, Toleshova U. B., associate Professor of the Department of preschool education and social pedagogy of Abai KazNPU, Turdakhunova K. K., senior lecturer of the Department of "Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process" of the Branch of JSC "NCPD "Orleu" RIPDMSPWES of RK, senior teachers of Abai KazNPU S. J.Erkebayeva and Oshakbaev S. K., Aubakir B., and heads of preschool organizations of the country.

More than 75 teachers took part in the on-line workshop: heads and teaching staff of RIPDMSPWES, University teachers, heads of preschool organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, undergraduates and PhD doctoral students of Abai KazNPU.

The event became a dialogue platform to discuss topical issues of early childhood development and to present the innovative experience of preschool organisations in developing social and self-study skills for children aged 1 to 3.

The form of the workshop allowed a large number of participants to learn about innovative experiences online and discuss recommendations made by specialists.
