Online lecture «Tourism in COVID-19 conditions»

On December 03, 2020, there was held an online lecture for students of the «Tourism» and «Restaurant and hotel business» of the Institute of natural sciences and geography on the topic «Tourism in COVID-19 conditions». Teacher Kudebayev Rasul, and the head of study program Aliaskarov Duman organized the conference. The invited guest - director of development of tourist products department of JSC NC «Kazakh Tourism» Serzhanuly Daniel, told about the situation in the tourist market of Kazakhstan, what projects were developed during the pandemic (for example tourismonline.kz) shared useful resources with students that will help students in their research in the future. During the meeting, students have been asking a questions, shared their opinions on the future development of the tourism industry and were satisfied by participating in a dialogue with a person who is directly involved in the development of tourism. The meeting lasted 1 hour. As a result of the meeting with the students, Daniel shared his future plans, wishing the students to grow into great specialists in their field.
