The horse is the soul of the Kazakh people

On March 3, 2021, Department of Kazakh Language and Literature named after Academician S. Kirabayev of Abai KazNPU Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education organized an online meeting dedicated to the development of the scientific potential of students on the topic «The horse is the soul of the Kazakh people».The meeting was attended and shared their thoughts on the following topics: Speakers: Professor Toktabay Ahmet Ualkhanuly («The horse is the soul of the Kazakh people»), PhD Osman Kabadayi Kırşehir Ahi Evran Yuviversitesi («Comparative study of the history of names related to equestrian equipment in the Kazakh language»), Head of the Department, Professor Ilyasova Nagima ("Horse is the wings of a horseman»), Associate Professor Moldasanov Ersain Myshanuly «Kazakhs have the character of a horse and a high spirit and are a courageous people». Teaching staff and students received extensive information about the role, history, and ethno-culture of the horse in the history of mankind, asked questions, and received comprehensive answers to their questions.

The organizers of the meeting: senior lecturers Karlygash Seitalieva, Master Serikbol Syzdykov, Ulan Taizhan, Ersain Moldasanov expressed their gratitude for the organization of the evening dedicated to the development of the cognitive and scientific potential of students. At the end of the online meeting, proposals related to the archaeological excavations of horses were announced and a decision was made on a modern ethno-cultural study.
