Webinar «Urbanization: the city as an object of research»

On April 19, 2021, at Abai KazNPU, at the Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law, postdoctoral student Talgat Kilybaev held a webinar «Urbanization: the city as an object of research». The online meeting was held through the Zoom platform, which was attended by representatives of the university administration, teaching staff, PhD doctoral students, master`s students, and interested parties.

During the webinar, issues of urbanization around the world, its trends, and the situation in our country were discussed. In addition, directions, obstacles, ways of solving of the process of urbanization and the science of urbanism were discussed. The participants of the meeting asked and discussed questions on the topic.
