The development of higher education, as well as the training of highly qualified personnel, is an important aspect of any sovereign state. So, on the eve of the professional holiday of teachers, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Vladimir Nikolaevich Kosov was awarded the Silver Medal named after A. Baitursynov for his great contribution to the development of higher education in the country and fruitful work in the training of specialists of a new generation, by the Association of Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
