Advanced training courses for teachers in teaching geography in the context of updated content

Abai KazNPU, Institute of Natural Science and Geography, Department of Educational Programs «Geography, Environment and Services» from October 25 to October 29, 2021, conduct advanced training courses for teachers on the topic «Methodology for the implementation of the practical orientation of teaching geography in the context of updated content».

In accordance with the plan of such courses for the 2021-2022 academic year, organized by the Center for Advanced Studies and Distance Education, classes on a given topic were conducted on October 25, 2021 by Sholpan Karbayeva, Associate Professor of the Department of educational programs «Geography, environment and services».

The purpose of the course is to ensure professional self-improvement of teachers, to demonstrate a model of practice-oriented innovative teaching technologies in the context of the updated educational content.

The course is attended by the faculty and students of the master`s and doctoral programs of the corresponding program of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography.
