Webinar with the participation of member of the Constitutional Council of RK Unzilla Shapakkyzy

On December 9, 2021, a webinar «Constitution - the basis of independence» with the participation of member of the Constitutional Council of RK, Unzilla Shapakzy was held for students and undergraduates of the Department of Jurisprudence of the Abai KazNPU IHL.

The webinar, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was opened by the vice-rector for Scientific Work of the Abai KazNPU Professor Buribayev Ermek, who thanked guest and wished creative success to all those present.

Unzilla Shapakzy discussed the basic provisions of the Constitution of RK, the reasons for making changes, noting that only this main document of the country defines the basic rights and freedoms of citizens, and the President of Kazakhstan guarantees their observance. Students and undergraduates actively asked questions to the professor, discussed and expressed their opinions. At the end of her speech, Unzilla Shapagyzy presented the department of jurisprudence with five copies of the textbook «Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

The Head of the Department of Jurisprudence Koshpenbetov Bakhytkali expressed great gratitude for the attention paid to future specialists, noting the importance and necessity of such meetings, and also presented a letter of thanks on behalf of the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the University Darkhan Bilyalov.
