Double Degree Program with Polish University Continues

On January 28, 2022, an online meeting was held at the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education with students who study under a double-degree program at the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk (Poland).

The students told the audience about the peculiarities of studying at a Polish university, about interesting and useful disciplines for them, and about wonderful teachers. Six undergraduate students study in Poland during the semester, one student studies the same program remotely. Already in February of this year, seven bachelors, having defended their graduation theses, will receive diplomas of the European standard.

Our students not only study, but also participate in the scientific and social life of the Pomeranian Academy. They took an active part in the Third International Scientific Seminar «Abaev Readings», organized on the basis of the Abai Center of Kazakh Science and Culture, which was opened at the Pomor Academy on the initiative of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of Abai KazNPU.

The teachers of the department wished the double-degree students a successful completion of their studies and a safe return.
