International round table «Main problems of young teachers»

Making their first steps in professional activity, today`s students - tomorrow`s teachers, are experiencing certain difficulties. Everything seems unfamiliar, incomprehensible and requires huge efforts to achieve the goal.

The inability to correctly calculate the lesson time, logically build a sequence of lesson stages, difficulties in explaining the material, lack of mutual understanding with colleagues - this is not a complete list of problems that await a novice teacher. These and many other problems are easily avoided if you study the regulatory documents necessary for the work, as well as consider the existing methodological manuals and recommendations on the subject. Experienced colleagues will also provide invaluable help, who, just like you, started their journey «by trial and error».

The International Round table, which was held on March 3, 2022, was attended by students of our University, Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University, Kazan Federal University, Altai State Humanitarian Pedagogical University named after V.Shukshin and teachers of schools in Almaty. Many of them studied at our university, achieved success in their professional activities, but they do not lose their ties with the university. These are Derikoshma Marina Nikolaevna (KSU «Gymnasium No. 120 named after M.Begalin), Brazhnikova Elena Nikolaevna (Secondary school No. 82), Kozlenko Alla Sergeevna, Brosalina Natalia Gennadievna, Reshetova Zoya Vladimirovna, Olefir Olga Iozosovna, Alekseeva Anna Valeryevna, Usova Elena Sergeevna (School «Bilimkana-Almaty»).

Students prepared questions on the topic of the round table in advance. They were answered not only by teachers, but also by the students themselves. Exhaustive questions were given to all the questions. Teachers shared their experiences of becoming a professional experience.

All those present noted that such meetings are necessary for both students and teachers. Students absorb the experience of the older generation. Teachers get acquainted with the vision of the teaching profession of those who will be their colleague tomorrow.
