Memorandum on cultural cooperation was signed

On March 12, 2022 Memorandum on Cultural Cooperation between Abai University and Auezov Kazakh State Academic Drama Theatre was signed within the framework of state programme "Course towards the future: modernization of Kazakhstan`s identity".

Actor and director of theatre and cinema Asanali Ashimov, Rector Darkhan Bilyalov, Vice Rector for administrative and financial work Klara Isakova, Vice Rector for social development Shyngys Nurlanov and theatre management took part in signing the memorandum.

The Auezov Theatre initiates many projects and brings excellent performances to audiences. At our university creativity and enthusiasm for different kinds of art is supported in every possible way. There are many talented young men and women among our students. The University has an Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports. There is obviously a big potential in developing cooperation between our university and the leading theatre of the country.

The mutually beneficial cooperation will allow parties to support creative endeavours of students, to form high spiritual, moral and cultural preferences in youth environment, to popularize the best works of national and world theatrical art.

By creating all conditions for talented students interested in the arts, we will receive greater support from professionals and new opportunities for the cultural development of the university community.
