Seminar «Organization of work to support and develop motivated and gifted students»

Within the framework of the Decade of Sciences of Abai KazNPU, on April 13, 2022, according to the educational program «Social Sciences (Psychology)», together with gymnasium No. 39 of Boraldai village of Ili district, a seminar «Organization of work to support and develop motivated and gifted students» was held for students of grades 9-10 and teachers.

The workshop was opened by the school principal, G. N. Kakenova, who presented information on students` research work and emphasised the importance of science in the life of society.

In accordance with the objectives of the seminar, determining the priorities of work with gifted students and discussing the development of a unified system for identifying and supporting gifted students, the head of the educational program «Social Sciences (Psychology)» Nietbaeva G. B. conducted a master class, undergraduates of the specialty «7M03116 - Psychology» conducted psychological diagnostics and training with students.
