Seminar «Ethics of Scientific Research»

On April 15, 2022, Abai KazNPU hosted a workshop on the «Ethics of Scientific Research», organised by the university`s Council of Young Researchers. About 120 teachers and scientists took part in the event. (most in an online format). The moderator was Nurbol Usenov, postdoctoral fellow and head of the Council`s Ethics Committee.

Ermek Buribayev, Vice-rector for Research, opened the workshop with welcoming remarks. The event was attended by Akimbekova Aliya, head of dissertation registration department of the formation of information resources «National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise», head of research and training of scientific personnel of Abai KazNPU, Bayymbetova Gulzada, member of the Young Researchers Council, post doctoral student Baishemirov Zharasbek, graduate program «Bolashak», Edilbay Ospan. They gave informative presentations and answered questions. The Chairman of the Council, post-doctoral fellow Laishanov Shakhislam summarised the seminar and thanked the speakers and participants.
