Meeting with Marat Azilkhanov, Deputy Chairman of the APK

On August 10, 2022 activists of the student assembly «Birlik» of Abai KazNPU met with Marat Azilkhanov, deputy chairman of the APK.

They discussed the development of youth projects, initiatives in the field of volunteering and charity, expansion of the APK youth organization in universities of Almaty. The representatives of the organization «Assembly of Zhastary» voiced the proposals for evaluation of work and issue of ratings of youth activity, for new projects in the sphere of media, for increase of activity of youth wings of ethno-cultural associations, for holding the Forum of student youth in the southern capital. Young activists were highly appreciated for the development of the author`s media projects «Gurmandary» and «Pohabarim».

The meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Committee for the development of interethnic relations of the of the Ministry of Information and social development RK G. Shoikin, the heads of public structures of APK: the Chairman of the Republican ethno-cultural center of Dungan Z. Makhuseev, the Chairman of the Union of Uigur Youth of Kazakhstan R. Kairiev, chairman of Almaty city branch of Republican Public Association «Assembly of Zhastary» A. Torosyan, chairman of youth wing of Afghan center «Ariana» O. Mohamedsaruar, leaders of youth wings of ethno-cultural associations and bodies of student self-government of Almaty.
