Abai KazNPU discussed the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Today, September 8, 2022 at Abai KazNPU, there was held a discussion on the Message of the President of the country K.Tokayev «A fair state. One nation. Prosperous society». The event was attended by university administration, the faculty, students, as well as representatives of the party «Amanat» and the media.

The topical issues of further development of the country`s economy and all its sectors, especially education, were discussed. Special attention is given to the formula of New Kazakhstan «A strong President - an influential Parliament - an accountable Government». Speakers noted with satisfaction the initiatives of the Head of State on modernization of social support of youth and children of the country, on quality of preparation of the pedagogical sphere.

Rector D.Bilyalov in his speech emphasized importance of the Address as an instruction for development of higher education. Implementation of tasks set by the President will only serve to bring about a qualitative change in the work of national higher education institutions.

«The current Address is aimed at socio-economic development of the country and predetermines further political changes. In a document covering five areas, the President said that «the state, above all, gives equal opportunities to all and establishes justice. It guarantees a high level of activity for the good of society. It provides support for socially vulnerable segments of the population.

The third focus of the address is devoted to the development of the country`s main value - human capital. In this regard, the Head of State mentioned the need for strategic investment in the future of the country. For this he stressed that the main goal of the reform should be equal distribution of national wealth and equal opportunities for all.

Speakers at the event expressed their views on the initiatives mentioned in the Address and concretised the main directions.

As a result of the discussion the participants of the event noted that the September message laid the strategic course for further movement of the country towards formation of the prosperous state where every citizen should make his worthy contribution.

The staff of Abai KazNPU is confident that the initiatives outlined in the Address «A Just State. One Nation. Prosperous society», will open new pages in the history of independent Kazakhstan.
