Philologists of Abai University are laureates of the Qalamdas literary Award

The first season of the Qalamdas literary award, dedicated to the memory of Olga Markova, ended with a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners.

From March 1 to May 15, 172 applications were submitted, 76 of them in Kazakh and 96 in Russian from different regions of Kazakhstan, in particular from the cities of Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Kokshetau, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent, as well as from Akmola, Almaty, Zhambyl, East Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Turkestan regions.

In the nomination "Literary Criticism", the list of winners of the Qalamdas 2022 literary award (Russian) included teachers of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Safronova Lyudmila and Zhanysbekova Elmira, who co-authored a literary-critical article submitted for the competition.
