Основные условия и критерии отбора: 

Процедура отбора:
1)Ваш местный Консультационный Центр передают ваши заявки на стипендию в Университет Warwick. Отборочная комиссия университета будет рассматривать документы и вносить в отдельный список, так называемый «short list»
2)Кандидаты, избранные в short list будут приглашены на интервью и на прохождение теста на знание английского в апреле 2012 года. Кандидаты должны быть свободны в весь период рассмотрения документов для прохождения интервью. Вы будете проинформированны вашим консультационным цетром в начале апреля о том, были ли занесены в short list или нет.
3)Интервью будет проводиться с представителями Института Открытого общества, Министерства Иностранных дел и Унивеситета Warwick.
4)Решение принимается всеми тремя представителями. Кандидаты будут проинформированы в середине июня. Некоторые кандидаты могут быть занесены в резервный список на стипендии, т.е. если один из стипендиатов по той или иной причине откажется от стипендии, то один из кандидатов из резервного списа может получить эту стипендию. Период стипендиальной поддержки начинается с сентября 2012 года

Пожалуйста, примите во внимание тот факт, что работники Образовательного Центра «Білім - Центральная Азия» не принимают участия в решении комиссии в предоставлении стипендий. Они сразу же проинформируют всех участников стипендиальной программы о результатах, сделанных представителями комиссии. Поймите, они не смогут известить вас о результатах, пока Университет Warwick не даст официального решения.

ОЦ "Билим-Центральная Азия" и Open Society Foundation рад объявить о программе University of Warwick 2012-13.  Стипендии, которые предлагаются в течение двенадцати месяцев, выдаются  в целях продолжения курса обучения в Университете Warwick.

 Финансирование не покрывает программы MBA ( Master of Business Administration), MPA ( Master of Public Affairs), Медицинские степени, диплом, сертификаты или исследовательские программы, 2-годичные программы по Социальной работе или краткосрочные  курсы.

Критерии отбора:
1. Кандидат должен иметь желание учиться очно до получения степени Магистра в Университете Warwick.
2. Быть гражданами выше упомянутых стран и проживать на территории в момент подачи заявления на стипендию;  Кандидаты,находящиеся за пределами родной страны в момент подачи заявки могут быть допущены к конкурсу, если срок пребывание за рубежом не превышает 3-х месяцев
3. Иметь диплом о соответсвующем высшем образовании или документ эквивалентный раннее к сентября 2012 года.
4. Иметь соответсвующий уровень знания английского языка, как устного, так и письменного. TOEFL  - 600 (Paper-based), TOEFL - 250 (Computer-based), TOEFL - 95 (Internet-Based) ИЛИ IELTS - 6.5.
5. Не иметь степень доктора, полученную в других университетах или учебных заведениях.
6. Кандидат должен быть не получавшим и не получающим на момент подачи заявления финансовую поддержку со стороны Финансовых Фондов Британии.
7. Кандидат не должен быть работником или иметь родственников, которые являются работниками Министерство иностранных дел и делам Содружества Великобритании (включая почтовых работников), Британского Посольства, Консультационного Центра  или других представительств Институтов Открытого Общества в регионе и участвующих университетов.
В приоритете будут кандидаты, которые ранее не обучались зарубежом.

Процесс Заявки:
Заполняются  лишь те анкеты, которые выдаются Косультационным Центром "Білім".  Они отличаются от стандартных  анкет тем, что они являются конкурсно-экзаменационными и предназначены исключительно для университета Warwick.  Если кандидаты используют обычную анкету, то есть опасение, что они будут рассмотрены, как обычные кандидаты.  Заполненые анкеты и все приложенные документы должны быть предоставлены Консультационному центру до 31 января 2012 года. Документы, предоставленные после 31 января не будут рассмотрены.

Полный пакет документ должен иметь:
▪ заполненных аппликационных форм и всех сопутствующих документов в 3-х экземплярах (один оригинал и две копии)
▪ 2 подписанных рекомендательных письма, заложенных в конверт
▪ Транскрипты пройденных педметов в степени Бакалавра и (если есть) дополнительных учебных программ. Транскрипты должны быть переведены на английский язык и быть нотариально заверенными. Кандидаты не должны Сами переводить транскрипты.
▪ Кандидаты, поступающие на Депаратамент Английского Языка должны приложить к пакету документов письменную работу на 2 листах на тему, указанную в транскрипте стапени бакалавра.

ТОЛЬКО полностью заполненные аппликационные формы будут рассмотрены.

Пожалуйста, примите во внимание, что вы можете подавать документы только на один курс в университете Warwick.

Basic terms and criteria for selection:
Selection procedure:
1) Your local Advising Center to transmit your application for a scholarship to the University of Warwick. The Selection Committee will review the documents of the University and make a separate list, the so-called «short list»
2) The candidates elected to the short list will be invited for an interview and pass a test of English in April 2012. Candidates should be free to the entire period of examination of documents for the interview. You will be consulting your informations tsetrom in early April on whether listed in the short list or not.
3) Interviews will be held with representatives of the Open Society Institute, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Univesiteta Warwick.
4) The decision taken by all three members. Applicants will be notified in mid-June. Some candidates may be listed under the reserve list for the scholarships, that is, if one of the fellows, for whatever reason, refuses to grant, the candidate from the backup call list can get this scholarship. Period of scholarship support begins with the September 2012
Please keep in mind the fact that employees of the Education Center "Bilim - Central Asia" do not participate in the commissions decisions to grant scholarships. They immediately inform all participants about the results of the scholarship program, made by the representatives of the commission. Understand that they can not inform you of the results until the University of Warwick will not give an official decision.

5. Do not have a doctorate obtained at other universities or educational institutions.

Application Process:
Fill only those forms that are issued by the Centre Kosultatsionnym "Bilim". Full package of paper should have:
▪ completed application forms and all supporting documents in triplicate (one original and two copies)
▪ 2 signed letters of reference laid down in the envelope
▪ Transcripts passed pedmetov in Bachelor and (if any) of additional training programs. Transcripts must be translated into English, and be notarized. Candidates must not themselves translate transcripts.
▪ Candidates arriving at Deparatament English should attach to the package of documents written work on 2 pages on the subject indicated in the transcript degrees, bachelors degree.
Only fully completed application forms will be considered.
Please note that you can apply for only one course at the University of Warwick.
