Regional seminar «Innovative projects and improving the professional competence of the teacher»

On October 21, 2022, the Department of Education of Balkhash district of Almaty region at the school of the gymnasium named after B. Beisekbayev organized a regional seminar on the topic «Innovative projects and improving the professional competence of the teacher», which was attended by Professor B. A. Turgunbayeva and Associate Professor T. N. Zhundibayeva of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology.

School teachers held open classes on the topics: STEM, «Fairy Tales in English», «Chemical calculations» and Abai`s poem «Masgut» using innovative technologies, shared their experience in preparing for subject Olympiads, working with gifted children. The defense of scientific projects of students «Okuga qushtar mektep», «Good deeds», etc. was organized, creative works on designing robots were demonstrated . In accordance with the program of the seminar, Turgunbayeva B.A. gave a presentation and carried out practical work on the problem of developing the functional literacy of students in the framework of the international study «PIRLS», and T.N. Zhundibayeva gave a presentation and carried out practical work on the topic of students preparation for the international study TIMSS.
