Competition «Chemistry is my life»

On November 11, 2022, under the guidance of senior lecturer of the Department of Chemistry of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography Zhanar Kurganbayeva, 2nd-year undergraduates of the specialty 7M01510-Chemistry held a competition «Chemistry is my life» as part of pedagogical practice.

The event was attended by the teams «El Dorado», «Indicators», «Easy Chemistry» and «The best chemists» from among the 1st year students studying in the direction of teacher training 6B01510-Chemistry, 6B01512-Chemistry-Biology. The competition was attended by teachers of the Department of Chemistry were the judges of the competition and fairly evaluated the participants.

Undergraduates performed various intellectual and musical tasks, combining chemistry with music. The «El Dorado» team, showing ingenuity, their knowledge and mobility, won the main prize. The group «Easy Chemistry» took 1st place, the group «Indicators» - 2nd place, the group «The best chemists» - 3rd place. All teams were awarded diplomas and prizes.
