Students of Abai KazNPU participated in an interdisciplinary online exercise

On December 1, 2022, in Abai KazNPU there was held an international practice-battle «History and traditions of Central Asia: the view of modern youth», which was attended by third-year students of the specialty «Pedagogy and Psychology» and high school students in Khujand. The event was held online and was attended by third-year students from Khujand and Sogd oblast, Tajikistan. The event took place online.

The interdisciplinary approach to learning facilitated the integration of critical thinking psychology and language disciplines. Participants prepared presentations and talked about Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, with special interest in traditions and customs, national cuisine and games. The format of the joint event kicked off a marathon of online classes, which will continue in the spring semester.

The organizers of the class are Isalieva Saule, MA in Social Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of «Pedagogy and Psychology» at Abai KazNPU, and Fedosenko Ekaterina, candidate of psychological sciences, a teacher of Russian at the International Centre «Interdom named after Stasova».
