Student Autumn Week

From November 22 to December 1, 2022 in Abai KazNPU a Student Week «Studenttyk kuz» was conducted, which was organized by the Department of Youth Affairs. All university institutes took an active part in all events of this action. The prizes were awarded: 1st place - Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports; 2nd place - Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography; 3rd place - Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics.

On November 24, 2022, there was held city aytis among students of Almaty higher educational institutions « Akynmyn sozі zeter san gasyrga». On November 25th the competition «Eki zhuldyz» was held, the main requirement for which was the participation of students together with their teachers or university staff. Their vocal skills and stage demeanour were evaluated. Winners: 1st place - Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology; 2nd place - Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics.

3rd place - Institute of Philology.

There was also an online competition on the theme «125th anniversary of M. Auezov». Students shot video clips dedicated to the great writer, playwright and scientist of the Kazakh land. By decision of special commission the prizes were awarded: the 1st place went to the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics; the 2nd place - to the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology; the 3rd place - to the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography.

On November 28, 2022, games «Zhaidarman» were held among high schools of Almaty. The main prize was the «Abay Cup». The leading teams of the games showed their professional strengths. «Abay Cup» went to the team of our university.

On November 29, a quiz «Kyzyk eken» was held. Such event was held for the first time among the students of our university. There was great interest from students and request to conduct this quiz repeatedly. The Institute of History and Law; Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute and Institute of Philology won the prizes.

The final event of the week «Studenttyk kuz» was the competition «Mister & Miss KazNPU», which turned into a grand show. At the end of the event there was a closing ceremony and the awarding of certificates and letters of appreciation to all students and winners. The students of the Institute of Philology; the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics; and the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports won prizes and the main titles of «Mister» and «Miss» of our university.
