The competition «Competence of modern teacher», dedicated to M. Auezov`s 125th anniversary

On December 9, 2022 an interinstitutional intellectual competition «Competence of a modern teacher» dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the great Kazakh writer Mukhtar Auezov was held. The event was organised by the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the student self-government organisation Qoldau (Support) of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography of Abai KazNPU. The following institutes competed in the competition: Pedagogy and Psychology; Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science; Philology; History and Law; Arts, Culture and Sports.

The intellectual competition consisted of three stages, where the pedagogical skills and knowledge of the students were defined to the full extent. Each group, participating in competition, discussed the works of Mukhtar Auezov and reflected on what should be the modern teacher. As a result of competition I place won group «Abai bol», II place won group of Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics «Tizgin», III place won group «Zhas Jurekter» of Institute of Philology.
