Lessons for schoolchildren «My future profession»

On February 6-7, 2023 in secondary school №102 of Almaty city in the framework of cooperation between the university and this educational institution, a senior lecturer of the department «Elementary education» of Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU Baurkushkov conducted non-traditional lessons for students of fifth grade on the theme «My future profession». During the lessons were used such methods as creating a psychological atmosphere of the lesson, game techniques, interactive learning and others.

The aim was to increase the cognitive interest of the pupils and to broaden their understanding of the world of professions and their characteristics. At the end of the lessons, the students expressed their gratitude for the lessons, using the «Captain» method. Samal Akkamieva, Deputy Director for Educational Work of Comprehensive School №102, and the class teachers of 5th grades who participated in the lessons expressed their positive opinion about the event and its organiser.
