An educational lecture by a nutritionist

On February 27, 2023 a cognitive lecture of nutritionist, physician A.M.Arystanova, organized by the Department of Biology of the Institute of Natural History and Geography of Abai KazNPU was held. Aida Mukhtarovna is a doctor of the 1st category with 15 years of work experience, graduate of the Medical University (Astana), member of the International Association of Preventive Medicine, nutritionist, author of 15 individual courses.

The main purpose of the event was to give students useful knowledge and teach them to take care of their health and to eat right. Students received valuable information and answers to their questions.

The organizers were teachers A.D.Maimataeva, A.K.Beketova, I.P.Zagritsenko, R.N.Atraubaeva and M.K.Seidehan.
