Textbook presentation

On April 3, 2023, within the framework of the Decade of Science - 2023, the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography hosted a presentation of a textbook recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the group of specialties "Education" - "Methods of teaching geography" written in Kazakh. The authors of the textbook are the leading methodologist of the Department of Geography and Ecology, senior lecturer A.U. Abulgaziev and Professor B.Sh. Abdimanapov. The textbook was written jointly with associate professor of ZhSU named after Zhansygurov E.A. Tokpanov and associate professor of Aktobe Regional University named after Zhubanov A.M. Sergeeva.

The authors familiarized the faculty of the Institute and students with the conceptual basis, philosophy of construction, content and structure of the textbook. It was noted that the constant changes taking place in society as a whole, and in the education system in particular, impose more and more new requirements on the textbook as the main means of teaching. To this end, the textbook format was oriented for the preparation of bachelors and masters of education in the conditions of the updated content of secondary education.
