Project Foundations for Teaching History and the Historical Significance of Artifacts

On April 5, 2023, at 10:00, on the day of scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the "Decade of Science-2023" at the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a scientific and methodological seminar "Designing the foundations of teaching history" and the historical significance of relics" was held for teachers of general education schools of the city of Almaty and Almaty region, organized by the Institute of History and Law of KazNPU named after Abay, the Department of World History.

The director of the center "Education and Innovations" Zh.E. Smankulova, doctoral students and undergraduates A.U. Kozhantova, D. Esenov D. Kudaibergenov, teachers of gymnasiums and lyceums in Almaty G.U. Rasheva, K.B. Kamysbaeva. The seminar was attended by the faculty of the Department of World History K.M. Rustem, Zh.Nurmanbetkyzy, B.Zhumagulov and R.O. Seitkaziev. During the event, the head of the Museum "Honor of the Mother" of the Almaty region A.Zh. Turlybaev made a presentation and presented an exhibition of historical relics of the museum. At the seminar, presentations were made on creative ideas and new research, information was given on historical relics and their values.
