Round table on the topic «Constructive approaches in practice-oriented training of teaching staff»

On May 25, 2023, in accordance with the plan of the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of education «Pedagogical Sciences» on the basis of KazNPU. Abai held a round table for the 2022-2023 academic year. 4 project teams in the areas of «Special Pedagogy», «Pedagogy and Psychology», «Training of teachers/teachers of mathematics, physics and computer science» and «Training of teachers/teachers of chemistry, biology and geography» joined together to hold this round table and it is logical that the topic common to all areas was chosen: «Constructive approaches in practice-oriented training of teaching staff».

More than 100 participants took part in the round table in online and offline mode, including representatives of universities of Kazakhstan in supervised areas of training, specialists of special and general education institutions, undergraduates and doctoral students.

The round table presented the mechanisms for the implementation of dual-oriented learning in the process of professional training of future special teachers, the organization of professional practice for future special teachers, taking into account the peculiarities of educational and healthcare organizations, practice as the beginning of professional adaptation, new vectors of teacher training, the design of an educational program for the training of teachers-psychologists, constructive coordination - a way to improve the quality of teaching and learning of natural science subjects (chemistry, biology, geography), artificial intelligence in the pedagogical and research activities of a teacher (using the example of ChatGPT).

The round table was opened by the Director of the Department of Academic Affairs of Abai KazNPU Khairulla Zhanbekov. The moderators were the head of the project team "Special Pedagogy" Akbota Autayeva, the head of the project team "Pedagogy and Psychology" Aigerim Kosherbayeva and the head of the project team for the training of teachers / teachers in natural science subjects Saltanat Sharmukhambet.
