International Art Festival "Zher zhannaty Zhetisu"

On June 23-29, 2023, on the base of "Daryn" resort located in Akshi village, Alakol district of Zhetisu region, an International Art Festival "Zher zhannaty Zhetisu" took place. It was held by professional artists, designers and other masters in cooperation with the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports of Abai KazNPU for teachers and students of higher educational institutions.

Bektenova Venera, fashion designer, head of the department of communication, media and design of Eurasian International University (Kyrgyzstan), Asylkhanov Ermek, chairman of the Eurasian Union of Designers, holder of the order "Kurmet", worker of culture of Kazakhstan, specialist Glushchenko Oksana from Russia, and also M. Tastemirova (Shymkent) and Akbota Tuisova (Aktobe) participated in opening ceremony of the art festival and exhibition with the same name.

The organizers of the art festival were Raushan Kanapyanova, professor at the Abai KazNPU, Bolatbek Nurbatyrov, teacher at the Art Education Department, and Gulsara Zharimbetova, teacher of technology and artistic creativity at Gymnasium No. 21.

Head of the department "Art education", Associate Professor E.Asembaiuly, Professor S.Zhamankaraev, senior lecturer, member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Akashev, PhD of "Design" department A.Abizhanova, master student E.Baikulakov participated in master classes and plein air "Drops of Nature".
