Literary and informative hour in the house-museum of A. Baitursynov

In honor of the birthday of the outstanding scientist and teacher, founder of the Kazakh alphabet Akhmet Baitursynov and the Day of Languages of the Peoples of Kazakhstan on 7 September 2023 under the organisation of the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Abai KazNPU for students was held literary and informative hour. The event was held in the house-museum of A. Baitursynov.

Museum staff familiarised students with information about the life and multifaceted activities of Akhmet Baitursynov, with the latest published information about his fate and other exhibits. The young people were particularly interested in the examination of personal belongings used by the great man, as well as the message about his little known musical side. The authorship of the outstanding state and public figure of Kazakhstan, for example, belongs to the kyu "Arman", presented in the electronic version of the house-museum.

Literary and informative hour was opened by Vice-Rector for Social Development Sh. Nurlanov, who congratulated everyone on the Day of Languages of the Peoples of Kazakhstan and emphasised the place of Akhmet Baitursynov in the history of Abai KazNPU. Additional information was shared by the Head of the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan G.Shaharman, as well as the head of the Centre "Tulgatanu" B.Saparov. Students of 1-4 courses performed poems of A.Baitursynov, and also kyuys and their own works-arnau. The students thanked the director of the museum R. Imakhanbet and his staff for the contribution to the cognitive lesson and noted that they received new knowledge and bright impressions.
