School-university dialogue: updating the methods of teaching natural geography disciplines

On September 30, 2023 at the Institute of Natural Science and Geography was held a round table "Dialogue between school and university: updating methods of teaching natural geography disciplines". Professors B.S.Abdimanapov and J.B.Shildebaev, Associate Professor Z.O.Unerbaeva, Senior Lecturer A.U.Abulgaziev and Deputy Director for Science of INSG K.K.Muzdybaeva addressed the doctoral students of the Institute. The invited speakers are authors of school textbooks on natural science, geography, biology and chemistry. At the round table were considered the relationship between institutions of higher and secondary education, teaching practice of students at school, questions on the methodology of teaching disciplines of natural geography cycle. The speakers shared their experience in writing textbooks, new methods, as well as advised doctoral students on selected topics of doctoral theses.
