Philology students welcome guests from N.I. Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University

The International Pedagogical Festival "Lessons of Ushinsky", held on November 7, 2023 at the Department of Russian Language and Literature of Abai KazNPU Institute of Philology, became a real holiday of science for future teachers. Irina Yukhnova, Professor of the Department of Russian Literature at the Institute of Philology and Journalism of the Lobachevsky National University of Economics, spoke at the seminar "Methods of Visual Learning and Mental Development" by K.D. Ushinsky and Modern Information Technologies. Her report "Visual images in culture and literature" clearly showed that for a modern schoolboy, not only auditory perception of information is important, but also visual, the baton was picked up by young teachers of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of Abai KazNPU - Dina Sabirova, who enthusiastically spoke about the Internet literature of Kazakhstan, and Alibek Baibolov, who introduced the audience to the modern drama of Kazakhstan and its development in the era of digitalization.

Tatiana Novikova`s interactive lecture "The Language of the Internet" found an emotional response. The students took part in the discussion of the norms of modern digital etiquette.

Concluding the meeting, the head of the Department of Russian Language and Literature Saule Abisheva thanked everyone for participating in the collective dialogue, said that the methodological techniques offered by the teacher and writer K.D. Ushinsky remain relevant in a modern school.
