Training seminar for teachers of the 11th grades of OSH No.117

On November 11, 2023, within the framework of cooperation with secondary school No.117 аcting associate Professor of the Department of "Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy" of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology Akhmetova Aigul Igenovna and the 4th year students of the specialty "6B01801 - Social Pedagogy" Iliyas Marzhan, Maruka Anel, Aubakirova Anel held a training seminar on the academic discipline "Stress management in socio-pedagogical activity" on the topic "Successful stress management in preparation for the UNT".

The event was attended and actively participated by social pedagogue Evgeniya Korshunova, subject teachers teaching 11th grade students and their classroom teachers. Within the framework of the AP19679368 project "An integrative approach in fairy-tale therapy as an innovative technology for preserving the psychological health of the younger generation in the conditions of digitalization of education", the definition of "stress resistance as one of the main criteria of psychological health" of the younger generation has become relevant.

During the training seminar, the symptoms of nervous stress and the mechanisms of getting out of a stressful situation were studied. Methodological recommendations for 11th grade students on stress management during the UNT are formulated. The active participants of the classes were awarded certificates from the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.
