21.11.2023 Training on the topic "HIV/AIDS" was held as part of the Dance4life project
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his address to the people of Kazakhstan noted that the spread of drugs, including synthetic drugs, threatens the well-being of future generations. The reason is that the use of drugs among young people is on the rise.
At the meeting held to prevent drug addiction, alcoholism and HIV/AIDS among young people, specialists pointed out that HIV is one of the viruses that damage the immune system and are very dangerous for humans, and that creating a drug-free society is the duty of every citizen of Kazakhstan.
During the event, the staff of the AIDS center, carrying out campaign activities, urged students to form a healthy lifestyle and avoid bad habits. At the end of the training, students asked their questions and received detailed information about HIV/AIDS prevention.
