From March 30 to April 6, 2013 in TORFL Center of Russian philology for foreigners Philology KazNPU named after Abai passed testing foreigners for certification in Russian language (common ownership).Test handed 41 foreign citizens from the Republic of Korea, Germany, China, who are studying in universities and schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Successfully passed the exam 27 people who received the certificate of the Moscow State University.

As noted by the examiner, associate professor of the Moscow State University Korotkov, O.N. testing organization was at a high enough level.
