Students of Abai KazNPU took part in the Forum of International Students "My Future: Me Yesterday. I am today. I`ll be there tomorrow"

On April 26, 2024, the events of the Forum of International Students "My Future: Me Yesterday. I am today. I`ll be there tomorrow" took place in the Library of al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The organizers of the forum are the Center "Russian Language and Culture" of the Faculty of Philology of al-Farabi KazNU (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Saule Begalieva), the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU (Master of Social Sciences, Senior Lecturer Saule Issaliyeva) and Eurasian Scientific and Methodological Journal "East-West" for master and doctoral students.
Representatives (including international students from Afghanistan, India, China, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Japan) of al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Samarkand State University (Samarkand, Uzbekistan), Zhejiang Yuexiu University (ZYU) (Zhejian, China), academician A.Kuatbekov People`s Friendship University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (Baku, Azerbaijan), Patrice Lumumba People`s Friendship University of Russia (Moscow, Russia), M.Kh.Dulati Taraz Regional University, Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, International University of Information Technologies, Transbaikal State University (Chita, Russia), school-lyceum No. 143 named after Suyunbai and gymnasium No. 18 in Almaty took part in the forum in offline and online formats.

At the scientific and practical conference "Almaty in the global scientific and educational space", Senior Lecturer and doctoral students of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Saule Issaliyeva, Cao Ran (China, video report) and Daurenbek Nurtugan (Mongolia, video report), doctoral student of the Russian Language Department Li Duo (China) made presentations.

At the essay competition "The meaning of life - what is it?" a 2nd year student of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Fawzia Sultani (Afghanistan), made a report and received a first degree diploma.

2nd year students of specialty 6B01101 - Pedagogy and Psychology Aisana Zhumatay, Aruna Dosalina, Amina Nurgaliyeva, Ainur Sarbassova, Mariyam Dautova, Fawzia Sultani (Afghanistan), Arina Kamyshanskaya conducted a psychological training "Try to understand" for the conference participants, in which the participants conveyed their drawing with emotions and at the end we received it with reactions. It turned out to be very fun and interesting, the students put into practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom, tried themselves in the role of an educational psychologist, communicating in different languages.

At the end of the forum, the above students held an interactive session "Kazakhstan has united us". After showing a video with wishes and dances from the RUDN University, M.H.Dulati TarRU, Abai KazNPU, al-Farabi KazNU, all participants danced to Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkmen and Afghan music and passed on the challenge to the Baku and Samarkand students. Next, Kazakhstani universities and schools joined the challenge.
