International cooperation in the field of language education

An important issue in the development of higher education is to increase the authority of the national education system through the expansion of international relations.

One of the examples of such international relations is the cooperation between the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan based on the on Mutual Cooperation Agreement concluded between the universities.

Within the framework of the mentioned Agreement, both universities established close cooperation between their Departments of the Russian Language and Literature: teachers-philologists of NSPI named after Ajiniyaz were trained at the Department of Russian Language and Literature in Abai KazNPU; on 23-25 May a group of teachers from NSPI arrived to participate in the international scientific conference "Poetics and Poetry Studies".

At the invitation of NSPI named after Ajiniyaz, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology in Abai KazNPU Kazhigalieva G.A. gave online lectures during the second semester and conducted webinars on the methodology of teaching the Russian language.

The webinars were attended not only by the students but also the teachers of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the NSPI named after Ajiniyaz together with the head of the Department, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Khodzhaniyazova A.A. Their interesting questions and warm feedback (by the head of the Department, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Khodzhaniyazova A. A., candidate of philological sciences, associate professor Allamuratova G. Zh., lecturer Dauletbaev M. P., etc.) show that such cooperation between the universities is relevant and in demand.
