Cooperation between Abai University and Fudan University (China)

On 12th of July, 2024, Abai University held a meeting with representatives of Fudan University (China) to discuss joint projects aimed at strengthening academic and innovative cooperation between educational institutions.

During the meeting, several key topics and opportunities for cooperation were discussed. Both sides exchanged ideas on the integration of artificial intelligence into educational methods and the promotion of joint projects between the relevant laboratories, paying special attention to solving the issue of commercialization. The delegation headed by Lu Xiaolin, Deputy Dean of the Zhejiang Research Institute of Fudan University, showed great interest in cooperation with Abai University. A memorandum of cooperation was also signed at the meeting. It is expected that the mutual agreement will serve as a basis for the implementation of joint projects in the future.

Fudan University is ranked 39th in the international QS ranking. Currently, more than 500 projects are being implemented, which have brought the university a solid income of fifty million dollars. The University is actively developing its infrastructure to support research and development, including 5 national laboratories.

The meeting will provide prospects for future cooperation between Abai University and Fudan University, especially in the field of promoting research, innovation and improving the quality of education.
