Republican Scientific and Practical Conference «Innovative approaches in teaching of Oriental languages»

Historical and cultural links of Kazakhstan woth the countries of the East.
The objective of the conference is to strengthen mutual relations and learn cultural and literal interrelations of Kazakhstan with the countries of the East upon the project of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Moreover, to discuss the development of learning languages and literature of the foreign East in the schools of Kazakhstan. Furthermore, to consider the problems and perspectives of the cooperation between Kazakhstani and foreign universities.

This problems will be considered at the following sections:
1. Foreign languages in higher and secondary education: methods and management tasks.
2. New approaches to the learning of Oriental languages in the era of globalization and the dialogue of cultures.
3. The problem of translation and the methodology of teaching of the Oriental languages and literature.

During the conference there will be organized a round table on the topic "Historical and cultural links of Kazakhstan with the countries of the East", which promotes the exchange of experience, knowledge and skills of teaching of the Oriental languages and literature.

The feature of the conference is the wide geography of its participants: university partners are scientists of the countries of the East, diplomatic consulates of China, Turkey, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Synzyan Teaching University, China, University of Al-Azhar, Egypt, Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences, University of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, as well as higher education institutions of Kazakhstan.
Altogether there are more than 80 scientific papers on the topic of the conference.

Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai is the oldest university in Kazakhstan, the flagship of higher pedagogical education of the republic.

This conference will contribute to further consolidation in the teaching of foreign languages, enhancing the contribution of higher education, the whole system of education in the decision of general social and economic problems in the light of the Message of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" - a new policy of the established state."
