Conference on Industrial Practice with Employers` Participation

On October 30-31, 2024, introductory conferences on practice were held for students of the Department of Primary Education. The event brought together more than 100 students, department methodologists, and employer representatives.

Practice supervisors, PhD, Senior Lecturer Zhanar Zhumash and Professor Larissa Lebedeva, acquainted students with the goals and objectives of the practice, its program, and the final requirements for completing the practice.

The attending methodologists (Akpayeva A.B., Bekbayeva M.T., Abdykadyrov A.O., Tynyshkhanova A., Essentayeva B.U., Naimanova D., Sambet D.) provided methodological recommendations and discussed issues on effective interaction with students and colleagues in schools.

The conference included the participation of an employer - the director of the private school "Innovative School" in Almaty - Marat Platonov. In his speech, he paid special attention to issues of adaptation to the professional environment, as well as the mentor`s role in the process of students` professional formation.

The conference concluded with a series of questions and answers on the organization and content of the upcoming practice.
