International scientific webinar "Theoretical and methodological foundations of informatization of education (Digital technologies and artificial intelligence in education)"

Recently, much attention of the society, including teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has been paid to the use of artificial intelligence capabilities in the education system. Over the past two years, the issues of artificial intelligence in education have been actively introduced into scientific, pedagogical and methodological practice at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai by teachers of the Department of Informatics and Informatization of Education under the guidance of research Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Bidaibekov Esen, head of the department Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Oshanova Nurzhamal, in close cooperation with the teams of teachers of the Russian Academy of Education (RAO) under the guidance of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Head of the Laboratory for the Development of the digital educational environment of the Center for the Development of Education of RAO Suvorova Tatyana, Moscow City Pedagogical University under the guidance of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Academician of RAO Grinshkun Vadim.

Within the framework of this cooperation, an international scientific webinar "Theoretical and methodological foundations of informatization of education (Digital technologies and artificial intelligence in education)" was organized and held on November 19, 2024. The main purpose of the webinar is the exchange of experience by teachers and researchers to discuss topical issues of informatization of education in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and their large-scale implementation in the field of education. The main reports were heard in the Webinar: "Adaptation of the content of computer science teacher training to the new realities of modern digital society", Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, research Professor Bidaibekov E.Y., Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Oshanova N.T., "Artificial intelligence technologies in education: the need for research", Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Grinshkun V.V. The webinar was attended by leading Russian, Kazakh and foreign scientists in the field of informatization of education; representatives of educational organizations of all levels of education; students, undergraduates, postgraduates, applicants, young scientists and specialists of research organizations and educational organizations of higher education engaged in scientific and applied research and projects in the field of informatization of education, as well as representatives of other organizations studying the application of digital technologies, and in particular, artificial intelligence in education.
