There is a window in the light of the documents "The alashorda case. 1920s-1940s Documents and materials" in 12 Tomach

By presidential decree, on November 24, 2020, the State Commission for the Full Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression of the 20th Century was established. As part of the implementation of the decisions of the Head of State, under the scientific guidance of a university research professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.K. Koigeldiyev, a collection of documents "The alashorda case. 1920s-1940s Documents and materials" in 12 volumes.

The multi-volume book presents investigative materials concerning the Alashordin people - leaders of the Kazakh national liberation movement and their associates in the struggle for national statehood. The documents are kept in the closed funds of the archives of the National Security Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General`s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As the State Adviser of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Karin noted, this is the first publication in the last 30 years that includes such a volume of materials on the history of the Alash movement. The university`s teaching staff, as well as researchers of the Scientific Laboratory "Aitylgan Tarikh" Z. Myrzatayeva, R. Mirzakulova and others took part in the preparation of the publication.

This multi-volume collection of documentary materials on such an important scientific topic represents a significant contribution of the university faculty to the development of Russian historiography.
