- Knowledge of innovative experiences of higher education institutions;
- managing the implementation of recommendations to optimise the management of the students` office;
- preparation of information, certificates and other documents and materials on issues related to the student contingent;
- Preparation of materials on the issues of accounting of the students` movements;
- control of timely submission of reports to the rectorate and students` office;
- Preparation of materials for different reports;
- Work with student contingent, parents and other consumers on issues of transfer, reinstatement, enrollment, etc;
- work on restoration of strict accountability documents of the past years` graduates;
- spreading the awareness of the consumer`s (student`s) demands in the student`s office;
- compliance with the policy of informing the university management about potential or existing violations of the anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy and requirements of other internal regulations of the university on anti-corruption.
