The University conducted a tactical-special exercises

On 16 May 2018, Abai KazNPU conducted a tactical-special exercise "The actions of the leading, command staff, civil defense formations of the university in the event of a fire in the educational building." The director of the Department for Infrastructure Development Kalizhan Arzykulov led the exercise.

In order to develop skills and competent actions of personnel, check the condition and readiness of the fire fighting equipment of the university, civil defense formations were involved in the training: the fire fighting team, the rescue team, the link and the alert. Participants were informed about the procedure for the occurrence of a fire in the educational building. The extinction was carried aut by a fire extinguisher and by means of a fire cock and hoses. A training was conducted to evacuate students from the university`s classrooms to a safe place.

The firefighting team led by engineer Akylbay Ismagilov showed the best results.
