|
The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:
|
- Know the rules of operation of organisational and computer equipment.
- Know business etiquette, rules of business communication, official subordination, rules of telephone conversations.
- To comply with occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene and fire safety rules and regulations.
- To be aware of the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest policy and other internal regulations on anti-corruption.
- Adhere to the internal regulations.
- Prepare all the required documents in due time.
- Adhere to ethical norms of organisational communication.
- To maintain confidentiality of official information.
- Maintain the policy of informing the University management about potential or existing violations of the anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest policy and requirements of other internal normative documents of the Company on combating corruption.

Main job responsibilities:
|
- Studying the innovative experience of higher education institutions.
- Implementation of recommendations for optimizing the record keeping of the Office of Students.
- Assistance to realization of the program of development and introduction of state language in higher education institutions in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Preparation of information, references and other documents and materials on issues related to students` contingent.
- Preparation of materials on questions of registration of movements of students of full-time and distant forms of education for discussion at council and rectorate of university.
- Supervision of timely submission of reports on the movement of students and other information of directors to the Rectorate and Student Office.
- Preparation of materials for various reports on contingent movement.
- Daily work with students, parents and other users on transfer, reinstatement, enrollment, etc.
- Work on the recovery of the strict records of the past years` graduates.
- Responsible for disseminating consumer (student) awareness in the student office.
- Supports the policy of informing the University management about potential or existing violations of anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy and requirements of other internal normative documents of the Company on anti-corruption.

Knowledge of languages, including the national language (list of languages the candidate must be proficient in)

Kazakh and Russian, English will be a plus
