«Innovations of philological education: training and communication»

On November 22, 2018, the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education held 72 traditional conferences «Innovative Philological Education: Training and Communication» of students and master students on the 90th anniversary of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai.

The aim of the conference is to exchange information between students, master studentsand young scientists on topical issues of teaching philology of multilingual education and sustainable development, traditions and continuity of translation sciences, accumulating the latest research initiatives and conclusions and identify further prospects for sustainable development.

Vice-Rector of Research and International Cooperation Aktolkyn Kulsarieva opened the plenary meeting of the Conference and she wished good luck to the young scientists who participated in the conference. She handed diplomas of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erlan Sagadiev on the results of the republican contest of research projects in 2018 (Assem Sarsemaliyeva (3rd year student) of the specialty 5B011700-Kazakh language and literature, Aidana Azibay (4thyear student) of the specialty 5B012100-Kazakh language and literature for schools with the Russian language of instruction, Sabina Valieva (2nd year student), in the specialty 5B011800-Russian language and literature).

The director of the institute Baltabay Abdigazievich headed the plenary session. The plenary session was presented in 4 languages: 1st year master student of the specialty 6M020500 philology - Baubek Zhumash in the Kazakh language, supervisor: Ph.D., associate professor Nagima Ilyasova, 2nd year student of the specialty 5B011800-Russian language and literature - Alina Afanaseva in Russian, supervisor: PhD Alla Jundubayeva, 1st year student of the specialty Foreign philology: English language - Diana Nadu in English, supervisor: master, teacher Nurzhamal Kospaganbetova, 4th year student of the specialty 5В021000-Foreign Philology: Arab language - Enlik Digarbek in Arabic, supervisor - senior teacher Raya Orazova .

Conference materials were published in the form of collections. The scientific collection includes articles in 6 languages (Kazakh, Russian, English, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish). 85 professors of the institute led the young researchers. In accordance with the conference program, 4 out of 9 departments worked. At the end of the conference, students and master students received diplomas of I, II, III degrees, certificates for participation and teachers - letters of thanks.
