Meetingof the rector with students

Rector of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University meets regularly with students, to inform about the life of the university and listen to their wishes. It is well known that it strengthens ties between the leadership and students, has a positive impact on the organization of the educational process and the quality of education.

On 4 December, at the traditional meeting, university rector Takir Balykbayev reported on news, changes and achievements that had occurred at the university from the first day of this year.

2018 is a special year for the university. In October, its 90th anniversary was celebrated on the international level. The Eurasian Forum of Teacher Education Institutions, which was held in KazNPU, was attended by representatives of 44 pedagogical universities in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia. They discussed current issues in the development of teacher education.

The following events were held: the International Conference on Mathematical Modeling in the Modern World, the Alumni Forum, Solemn Conventions, which were attended by about 200 foreign scientists.

The State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gulshara Abdykalikova, presented the Congratulatory Letter of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, on the 90th anniversary

The rector Takir Balykbayev told, that after the anniversary of the university he was at the reception of the President of the country, he presented the Congratulatory Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the staff and tasks assigned to the university.

He also informed about the work done at the University for the Past Period and about the procedure for organizing and conducting the winter session.

To the students who took an active part in the inter-university events, the rector expressed his gratitude and wished everyone success in school.
