Dear colleagues!

The University announces the holding of the annual intra-university competition "The best teacher of the Abai KazNPU " (hereinafter - the Competition).

The purpose of the Competition is to promote the improvement of the quality of education, support creative, innovative initiatives and the growth of pedagogical skills of the teaching staff, and encourage the best University teachers.

The main objectives of the Competition:

- improving the efficiency and quality of teaching and scientific and methodological activities of teaching staff;

- dissemination of experience in the development and application of the presented educational innovations and best practices in the educational process;

- stimulating the professional and personal growth of university staff;

- identification of leaders among teaching staff who are able to formulate and solve educational tasks relevant to the university.

The competition is held in five categories, each of which reflects important aspects of the work of teachers. We invite all interested full-time teachers to participate in the following nominations:

1) "Innovative teaching skills" - the nomination is designed to recognize teachers who use innovative and active teaching methods. We are looking for creative and original approaches that allow students to assimilate educational content and develop in the most effective way.

2) "Integration of scientific research and teaching" - the nomination is designed to recognize teachers who are actively involved in research activities and are able to transfer their knowledge and experience to students. We are looking for teachers who integrate the latest scientific achievements into the educational process and support students` interest in science.

3) "Sharing the experience of Abai KazNPU" - this nomination is designed to recognize teachers who show outstanding results and share their professional experience with their colleagues. We would like to mention the teachers who contribute to the development and improvement of a favorable educational environment and the educational process in general.

4) "Integration of national values into the educational process" - the nomination is designed to recognize teachers who successfully integrate national values and culture into educational programs. We recognize the importance of preserving and glorifying cultural heritage and appreciate the efforts of teachers to stimulate students` interest in their national history and traditions.

5) "Digital Teacher" - the nomination is designed to recognize teachers who successfully use modern technologies in the educational process. We are looking for teachers who are able to create lessons based on the use of digital tools and resources, which helps students to study material more effectively and develop in the modern information society.

Participation in the competition is open to all full-time teachers.

We encourage everyone to take part in the competition and share their achievements and experiences with colleagues. Together we will be able to celebrate the best in our university and improve the quality of education.
