Seminar - training «Interview: prove your idea to the employer»

With the support of the Rector of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Center «Career» has held a new project.

Graduates have many difficulties in finding employments. Especially during an interview with an employer, it is difficult to clearly convey your thoughts. As well as the correct design of a resume is a key factor in employment.

The career center has studied this issue in detail and launched a project of a training seminar entitled «Interview: prove your idea to an employer». The seminar was held for 4th year students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology in the specialty of preschool education and training, pedagogy and the methodology of primary education. A marketing specialist, Ismail Kulan was invited to conduct the seminar in order to express the point of view to the employer. Mr. Ismail explained to graduates how to talk with an employer, correctly set tasks for employment and how to prove their ideas to an employer. He also showed how a creative resume is made and explained the importance of properly preparing a resume.
