According to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of Kazakh University International Relations and World Languages named after Abylai Khan was held Republican Olympiad on specialty 5B011900 "Foreign language: two foreign languages". According to the results of the Olympiad in eastern languages, students of our university have won prizes. Achieved result is biggest achievement of in the last few years, which will help to strengthen interest to oriental languages and further improve image of the university.
Among the winners of the Republican Olympiad, showing a deep and solid knowledge, persevere and persistence on purpose achievement with pride may be called:

2. Pak Raisa 4 course 2 place (Chinese);
3. Amanturlieva Akzharkyn 4 course - 3rd place (Chinese);
4. Turmaganbetova Feruza 4 course -3rd place (Chinese);
5. Salmekeeva Akerke 3 course - 1st place (Turkish);
6. Esenali Ardak 4 course - 3rd place (Turkish);
7. Zholdybayeva Marzhan 4 course - 3rd place (Arabic).
A worthy contribution to the overall success made them heads: Professor of the Chair of Oriental Languages, candidate of historical sciences ToKhmetov A.T., docent Orazakyn F., (Chinese), Senior Lecturers Satbay G. (Turkish) Orazova R. K. (Arabic), who gave a lot of effort to prepare the student team of the University. This great success is rightfully shared Head of the Institute of Oriental Languages, academician IHEAS Professor Mirzoyev K.I., his advices and consultations has greatly contributed to the achievement of this goal.
